The room was quite large and maintained good cleanliness. The bathroom, too, was clean. I especially commend Amrita for doing good housekeeping. The view from the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is located in a peaceful area with many facilities nearby.

I encountered an issue with valet parking. The wait time was excessive. I needed my car promptly for important work so I had to park by myself.

the curtains doesnt fully block out the light so the room get very bright in the morning. i didnt like that.

The reception staff was friendly. Roshini made check-in very smooth for me. Sachin and Manju kept my room very super clean and cozy. housekeeping was excellent .

The Internet connection was poor. I was in a zoom meeting and the connection disconnected several times. The breakfast lounge smelled of eggs before entering. This smell affected my appetite in a negative way.
