During my stay at Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate, I faced some challenges with the check-in and the initial room allocation, as my booking was misplaced which led to a long wait. However, the staff, especially Mr. Ameen at reception, provided excellent service and resolved my issues. While the facilities could use some updates, I enjoyed the pleasant breakfast and the dining options available at the hotel.
I stayed for one night at Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate, primarily for its convenient location near the airport and Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The room was comfortable, though it felt a bit dated. I really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide variety of options, and the Italian restaurant was a good experience as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there are some areas for improvement.

I had a fantastic stay overall, enjoying the cleanliness and comfort of my room, as well as the great service from the staff, particularly Mr. Moti from housekeeping. However, the friendly and quick room service really enhanced my experience.
