During my stay at Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate, I faced some challenges with the check-in and the initial room allocation, as my booking was misplaced which led to a long wait. However, the staff, especially Mr. Ameen at reception, provided excellent service and resolved my issues. While the facilities could use some updates, I enjoyed the pleasant breakfast and the dining options available at the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay overall, enjoying the cleanliness and comfort of my room, as well as the great service from the staff, particularly Mr. Moti from housekeeping. On the downside, I initially faced a bit of confusion upon arrival without valet assistance and experienced some maintenance issues that required attention. However, the friendly and quick room service really enhanced my experience.
